That’s the moment Speak Up was created for.

Speak Up: The Hormone Membership is a space for women who feel like their body changed the rules and nobody explained the new ones. It helps women understand what’s happening in their bodies, rebuild trust in their experience, and learn how to speak up for the support they need.

The Speak Up Cycle

Inside Speak Up, we focus on three skills that help women move through this stage of life with more clarity and confidence.

Awareness
Understanding what’s happening in your body, so symptoms stop feeling confusing or unpredictable.

Trust
Learning how to steady the emotional load that often comes with hormone changes and rebuilding trust in your own experience.

Speak
Practicing how to communicate what you need in healthcare, relationships, and work so you’re not carrying everything alone.

These are skills most women were never taught. But once you start practicing them, this stage of life begins to make a lot more sense.

What Often Begins to Change

Many women join Speak Up because something in their body has started to feel disruptive.

  • Brain fog

  • Snapping more easily

  • Sleep that suddenly isn’t working

  • Symptoms that feel loud and unpredictable

Inside the membership, we focus on small steps that can help settle some of that physical disruption, so your body has a chance to stabilize again.

But many women quickly realize something else is happening too.

Hormone changes don’t just affect the body. They show up in how we respond to stress, how we’re treated in healthcare, and how much harder we often have to advocate for ourselves at work and in everyday life.

Inside Speak Up, women begin to understand what their body is experiencing and why certain situations suddenly feel more difficult than they used to.

That understanding alone can be powerful and healing. Instead of feeling like something is wrong with them, women start to see the bigger picture of what’s happening during this stage of life and learn how to navigate it with more steadiness and support.

Many women say the biggest shift is this: they stop feeling like they’re constantly fighting their body and start understanding how to support it.

What You'll Find Inside Speak Up

Each month inside Speak Up focuses on a common shift many women experience during their 40s and 50s.

Inside the membership, you’ll have access to support that helps you understand what’s happening and practice moving through it in real life.

That support includes:

Monthly themes that explore the emotional and relational side of hormone changes
AI coaches that help you think through situations and conversations in real time
Reflection tools to help you make sense of symptoms, emotions, and patterns
Language and scripts for conversations with doctors, partners, and colleagues
Coaching sessions that help you integrate what you're learning

You don’t have to use everything. You simply start where you are and use what helps.

Guidance From That Hormone Girl

Inside Speak Up, you’re not navigating this alone. Tracey Willingham, also known as That Hormone Girl, stays closely involved in the membership to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and how to move through it.

  • Members can submit questions and receive direct responses, including short video replies when a deeper explanation is helpful.

  • You’ll also have opportunities to ask questions with coaching sessions and share what you’re working through.

  • And if you ever feel stuck or frustrated while working with the tools inside the membership, the system can flag it, so Tracey can step in and help.

Because this work isn’t meant to be done alone.

Frankie: Who keeps it frank!

Inside Speak Up, you’ll have access to AI coaches designed to help you think through hormone challenges in real time, not weeks later or only during appointments. Meet the Coaches Inside Speak Up

Frankie™: Understanding What’s Happening

Frankie helps you connect the dots between what you’re feeling and what may be happening hormonally or emotionally. She helps patterns become clearer so symptoms stop feeling random or confusing.

Rosie™: Emotional Support

Rosie helps you work through the emotional side of hormone shifts. She helps you slow things down so you can respond with more clarity and self-trust.

Trixie™: Speaking Up

Trixie helps you prepare for real conversations with doctors, partners, coworkers, or even yourself. She helps you practice what to say so you can communicate your needs without overexplaining or second-guessing yourself.

Optional Coaches

These coaches are for extra support.

Ellie™: Workplace Support

Ellie focuses on the workplace side of hormone health. She helps you navigate work stress, expectations, and conversations that affect your energy and nervous system, especially when your body is changing, but work demands haven’t.

Moxie™: Movement Support

Moxie focuses on gentle movement that supports your body when energy is low or tension is high. She isn't showing you workouts or telling you to push harder. She is designed to help your body release stress and feel more supported on days when doing less is exactly what you need.

Speak Up was created by Tracey Willingham, That Hormone Girl™

With a background in social work and years of supporting women navigating hormone transitions, Tracey focuses on the parts of hormone health that often get overlooked: the emotional load, the relational impact, and the conversations women are suddenly having to navigate in healthcare, work, and everyday life.

Inside Speak Up, she helps women connect the dots between what’s happening in their bodies and how those changes show up in real life, so they can move through this stage with more understanding, steadiness, and support.
