Moxie is not about workouts, exercise plans, or pushing your body harder. She’s here for moments when your body needs support, not discipline like gentle movement to release tension, restore circulation, and create more ease. Moxie focuses on movement that works with your energy, hormones, and nervous system, especially on days when a workout feels impossible.

At the end of each month, we slow things down and connect the dots. These sessions are about making sense of what shifted, recognizing what counted, and deciding how to move forward without doing more.
